the bed scene was filmed with the mattress propped vertically
against a wall and the actors standing and leaning against it
(notice Shepherd's hair falling the wrong direction).
The reported reason is that Willis had a broken shoulder
and Shepherd was pregnant.
Also, parts of that scene were filmed with a body double
for Willis because of his injury.
